Once you choose your Day Zero, your last ever day as a smoker, The Six Day Quit commences with a powerful, habit-changing hypnosis session which will mark your transition from smoker to non-smoker.

Then, for the next six days, you’ll follow a sequence of short sessions which will help you to adjust to the new feelings in your body and mind, and guide you through the typical roller-coaster cycle of clearing the toxins from your system and flushing the addictive chemicals from your brain.

  • Your morning session will set you up with objectives for the day ahead, prepare you for the challenges you might face, and equip you with rituals and strategies to build and maintain your resistance to whatever comes at you.

  • Your lunchtime/early afternoon session will teach you to reward yourself for the progress you’re making, and reinforce your motivation levels when you need it most.

  • Your evening session - which can be done in bed before you sleep - will progressively equip you with new secret weapons at every stage, taking into account the likely pressures you’re facing at each critical point in your six day sequence. The new things you learn will permeate and distil whilst you sleep, preparing you for each following day of your mission.

YOU'LL SUCCEED FASTER WITH HYPNOSIS

As with all my hypnosis courses, this one will work better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of hypnosis. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short training recordings (included free in your download package) before you set to work on your new mission.

Hypnosis is progressive, and the more often you do it, the faster, smoother, and deeper it becomes. By conditioning yourself with the training trances, you’ll find the therapeutic effects of the main recordings will be many times more successful.

If you choose to use vaping as an aid to quitting, The Six-Day Quit is cool with that. It makes no difference to the program you’ll be following, so it’s your choice. I have only two rules for vapers…

  1. Choose a quality product. Cheap high-street e-cigs probably won’t hit the spot for you, so do your research, choose a reputable brand, and try out some different flavours before you settle on the one you like best.

  2. Don’t mix vaping and smoking. It’s pointless, it won’t work, and neither will this program. Commit!
